This one-hour session is recommended for technical and functional users who are involved in implementing EBS apps modules that support cross product business flows. ‘EBS CRM Business Process Advisors’ are new ‘stand-alone’ documents which deliver material to assist in end-to-end process setup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting. They are targeted at multi-discipline functional implementation teams, and are intended to increase inter-product understanding of how products sit within a business flow, and how the products within that flow interact with each other, since that is where most customers experience issues when implementing.
