LDAP failover in Agile is slow to authenticate

Hi,

  We configured a failover LDAP server in Agile PLM (by specifying second server separated by semicolon in URL field of LDAP node e.g. URL= <first_server_URL>;<seocond_server_URL>)

  During test, what we observed was, if server with <first_server_URL> is down, any login to agile system takes almost 5 mins to failover to  <seocond_server_URL> and authenticate against it.

  Is there a way to improve the failover performance?
