Telesales, e-business center opportunity cannot select inventory item, product category

Hi,

We are in process of implementing telesales module, I am creating opportunity but cannot able select inventory item and product category, it shows no values in the list. Its urgent, we have to go live from 1st july. Please refer to uploaded attachment.
