Cannot see Temp Labour Line Type

Hi,

I want to rasie a PO with the line type Fixed Proce Temp Labour. However I cannot see it in one of our environments.

I defined a new line type as well, but that is not visible as well.

we also user Oracle Service Procurement and I want to use this in a complex purchase order

Please help.
