BKS And ADJ Rows Causing AMDPRCALC SQR To fail in 9.1

One of our Users Entered a Cost Adjustment. Which Created BKS and ADJ rows in the Open Trans Table.

When the AM_DEPR_CALC App Engine is  kicked off its generating a Unique Constraint Error Trying to Add 2 Rows on the Depreciation Table for PDP rows with the Same FY and PD

We are on 9.1 Bundles #25 , Checked Customer Support and this Same Issue was Resolved on Bundle #25.

Couple of Questions.

1. When Does a BKS and ADJ Row Gets Generated on Open Trans : Is it when the User Does Cost Adjustment .... I did several Cost Adjustments and Only Saw a ADJ Row Being Populated
