Database Console 11g on AWS is not opening

I have installed database console 11gR2 on AWS for monitoring my oracle database instance.

I have installed it successfully and it was working fine.But suddenly i have noticed that i could not open the URL and tried to reinstall the database console.

After reinstalling the emctl status dbconsole shows its running but stiil not able to open the url.

I have tried different browsers but no luck.

I am using the ORACLE_HOSTNAME as the ec2 instance name.

$ ./emctl status dbconsole
