ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup

Hi,

When I restarted two nodes of a cluster, one of the node couldn't start up.

Here I have few info.

racdb1:~ # ocrcheck

PROT-602: Failed to retrieve data from the cluster registry

PROC-26: Error while accessing the physical storage

ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup

racdb1:~ # oracleasm listdisks

ASMDATA01

ASMFRA01

ASMFRA02

OCR_VOTE01

OCR_VOTE02

OCR_VOTE03

racdb1:~ # crsctl stat res -t -init
