Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Agent Deployment Issue

I have Oracle Enteprise Manager Cloud Control 12c installed on Windows Server 2012 and I consistently receive the following ZIP error. I'm not sure what the error is since the ZIP is actually created. I hope this is the right forum to ask this question but I can't seem to resolve the error using the provided help in support.oracle.com
