Unable to transact LPN

Hi,

LPN D0919198 having data mismatch between wms_license_plate_numbers & mtl_onhand_quantities_detail table hence we unavailable to transact.

Also we have move order to transact that LPN with pre-approved status , but can't find the task for the same.Please refer attached screen shots.

I need know the replicating steps for this issue or what causing the same?
