Outbound orders from Repair Depot not showing serial numbers.

Hi All,

Orders generated in service module does not have serial number there. This calls for service shipping team to manually go in and assign the serial numbers to each part. User have to update each line with correct serial number. Serial numbers should be assigned correctly during order entry phase.

Current functionality is as below--

Regular customer Orders/Warranty:

1.      The order is released to the warehouse with serial number(s) assigned to each part and automatically printed on the Pick Slip

2.      The order can be easily processed as long as the correct part has been pulled and the serial number matches what is printed on the Pick Slip.
