Can we purge the INACTIVE cycle counts?

Hello All,

While changing *** item's attribute, I am getting error as 'Cycle count entries or physical inventory adjustment exist for **** item'. So I have checked for pending cycle count entries and observed that there are pending 'NONE' status entries in INACTIVE cycle counts which are required to be processed if we need to change the item attributes.

Now my question is, instead of progressing those pending cycle count entries, can we directly purge the specific cycle count since that cycle count is INACTIVE in the system? Is there any impact of this purging anywhere else?
