Employee master Creation

Hi HCM Masters,

                          Just wondering whether there is any interoperability options for Employee Master creation in JDE1.The only option that i found was P060116Q.But through this only F060116 & F0101 gets updated,not F060120.So what are the alternate ways if we want to populate fields in F060120 as well as who's who,& csms information in address book in one step.
