File Manager & Autovue on Linux Servers..

We are in the preliminary phase of Agile upgrade from 9.2.2.7 to 9.3.3 and thinking to implement the Filemanger and Autovue on linux OEL 6 64 bit instead of windows 2008 R2 server. Seems Autovue will still run in 32bit mode as mentioned in capacity planning guide.  Would like to know the experiences of this cimbination from other companies particulary performace related? Thanks in advnace.
