If I add a column(s) to a table and change the primary key, can data for both DDLs exist in the same

Using Goldengate version 10.4 and 11.1. DB2 table changes will extend a current extract and change the primary key. Can the trail file accept both the DDL before the change, and the DDL after the extension of the table and change to the primary key?
