Modifying the project details on the PO is not seeking approval again

Hello Experts

We have a requirement to trigger approval process if the buyer updates the project details on an approved PO

At the moment it is not triggering for approval again

I believe this should trigger the approval process if a project change happens in the PO

We are in R12.1.2
