adadmin error

I am a newbie.....Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance

i am trying to run adadmin as the first step in the patch process

i have done the following:

1.  i have run   ./APPSVISr12e_erieoracle.env

2.  i am now trying to run the adadmin   and getting the following error:  cannot open  libclntsh.so.10.1

     I am running on Centos release 5..10(Final)

      Either i do not have the package installed that i need...But i am unsure which package needs to be installed

        or my ORA and PATH are not set up correctly

        when i run env | grep ORA  i get nothing returned
