Zero price Automatic modifiers are displaying in Quoting View adjustment screen

I have a requirement where the user select the data in the configurator and send the user entered data into Advanced Pricing to calculate the price. I have automatic modifier with no line qualifiers and customer as a list qualifiers. Here I am telling the pricing engine to apply this modifier always independent of user selection. I am using the pricing formula and factor list which will have the adjustment price based on some certain attribute combinations and attached the formula into the modifier list. So every time if user provided combination exist in the factor list then the price
