SDK running slow

Hello,

In our Agile 9.3.0.1 environment, we have a small web application (composed of servlets & JSPs) which is used to look-up and download certain documents from Agile, it is mainly used by users who don't have an Agile account and want to download these documents.

This web app used to run smoothly, but lately, it suddenly became very slow (even though this slowness in intermittent). We have not changed anything in this web application itself (as far as the code goes) and we have not changed anything that could remotely affect this web app.

The only thing that has changed from the client side is the Java JRE version which was pushed by our security team (it is a mandatory JRE upgrade because of java security issues). So my question is: did anyone experienced similar situation in their Agile environments.
