Freight Update (R4981) - Next Status Update

Hello,

We are currently testing the Transportation module. For freight update R4981, there is an option in “Tab 4 – Outbound SOs” that allows you to use the order activity rules to update the next status.  Does anyone know what this is this based on since the freight line being added is a totally new line and the existing lines on a order could be at a different status?
