FNDWRR.exe Not Created During R12.2 Install Failing with RW-50016

Hello,

We are installing eBS 12.2 on Win Server 2008 R2 SP1 64bits.

We are in the "post-install check inspects" step.

It has a error validating "Virtual Directory" (look the attached file)

On 12.2 version, When attempting to perform a fresh install, start CD 12.2.0.47
the following error occurs during post install check on virtual directory:
