Error at PO approval: 3203: Attribute 'NOTE_R' does not exist for notification '3418433'

Hi all,

We are facing subject error after the application of patch '18613649.B'; further the 'Response Note' field at the bottom of notification is also disappeared.

Please guide as early as possible. Business is in critical position.
