impdp slower in 4 nodes rac than 2 nodes rac

Customer deployed 2 sets of RAC, one is 4 nodes RAC, one is 2 node RAC ,the hardware are identical for all database server ,and use same storage . Database version is 12.1.0.1. 

The dmp file size : 7Mb.   It cost 9 second in 2 nodes RAC, and cost 20 second in 4 nodes RAC .

Is it normal ? or give some advice to investigation ,  thanks.
