Unable to deinstall Could Control 12c

Hi All,

I attempted to install Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c 12.1.0.3 on RHEL 6 x86_64 with Oracle database enterprise server 11.2.0.3.0. The database was installed with the templates provided for the Cloud control. But at step 12 of the installation wizard error is displayed:


Configuration assistant "Plugins Deployment and Configuration" has failed.


I checked the cpu_count and the value was extremely high, therefore, reduced the value to 3. And then tried to deinstall cloud control. But while running the command

$<OMS_HOME>/bin/omsca delete -full

and also tried with (SYSMAN was entered as "Enter Administration Server user name")


./omsca delete -full -REP_CONN_STR '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=<>)(PORT=<>)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=<>)))'
