Conflict domain parameter - does not seem to be working

Hi All,

I have following target to be achieved:

One concurrent program to be incompatible with itself, but only if it's submitted under same operating unit. It's a custom program, using custom tables.

After research I did following setup:

- self-incompatibility on domain level

- chosen conflict domain parameter to be org id parameter of program

I submitted 6 requests with schedule to start at the same time (each 2 for same ord id) and all have nicely disappointed me starting at the same time. Anyone was able to set it up to be working like I need?
