Creation of Balnket WIP Job and decalration of FG in releases/batches

Hello Experts,

As per business need, we would like to create a discrete JOB for blanket qty i.e. say 100000 KGS and would like to declare the same FG in releases or batches as per business need. i.e.,10000 KGS in first release, 20000 in second release etc till the time we receive entire qty i.e. 100000 kGS.

Could you please advise how to do the same.
