PR not recommended due to Blanket PO

Hi Experts,

Purchase has raised a blanket PO for following RM without PR from Planning Dept. This contract is based on yearly forecast we get from Mktg Dept. I have found an issue in this that when such Blanket PO is raised we do not get system recommended Purchase requisition for that RM & we have to raise PR manually. Can you please check & revert if such Contract PO can be overlooked by system while recommending PR for such RM's.
