ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied in oracle 10g Database alertlog file

Hi,

We could see the below error in Oracle 10g database Alert logfile. we have checked in trace as well but we couldn't find any username details in trace file, please help us on this.

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Oracle DB version 10.2.0.3

Oracle EBS: 11.5.10.2

OS : Solaris
