Reason for not creating Auto PO from Approved PR?

Hello Experts,

We are using CPA and customized "PO create document" workflow to autocreate standard PO from Approved PR created in iproc.

For 1 particular catalog the auto PO not created eventhough CPA and supplier site are active but for other catalog is working.

In which conditions the autocreation of standard PO fails for 1 particular catalog/Punchout?

Resolutions for this is highly appreciated!!!
