Important: Hotfixes 9.3.3.0.15 and 9.3.3.0.30 need to be appiled to File Manager servers as well

Attention all Agile 9.3.3 customers/partners:

In April our Dev team released two patches for Agile 9.3.3 as part of Oracle's April 2014 Critical Patch Updates: Hotfixes 9.3.3.0.15 and 9.3.3.0.30

Unfortunately, the Readme files accompanying these patches didn't initially mention the need to also deploy the patches on all File Manager servers. As a result, if the patches were deployed only on the app server, it would lead to issues with File Manager.

The Readme files have since been updated, and now include explicit instructions to deploy the patches to the File Manager servers. For customers that already downloaded these patches previously, please ensure you've applied them to each one of the File Manager servers.
