Windows NFS Server for quorum disk on Oracle RAC on extended distance

Hi All,
 
We building Oracle RAC on extended distance on two sites.
Primary site have two nodes and SAN storage.
Secondary site is one node and SAN storage.
Storages and nodes have direct FC connections.
All nodes are on RHEL 6.5 and RDBMS 11.2.0.4.
Oracle is on ASM disks host mirrored to both storages.
 
Can we use a NFS share from MS Windows 2012R2 as third site quorum vote-disk?
