Table where Data is Stored while Change is Pending Approval via iSupplier

Hello,

When a Supplier Profile Manager on the supplier side submits a profile change (i.e. adds or inactivates supplier site or contact) via iSupplier portal. Since the Main Supply Base does not get updated until the profile changes are approved, which table contains all of the changes pending approval?
