Can segment be null in ARM account ID

Hello,

In ARM the profile has 5 segments. we created the 2 account IDs in ARM. they are not summary profile.

Account ID 1:  1234.ABC-AB00-AB01-000000-E000   (this account ID has no null segmeent)

Account ID 2:   3100.570X-QF87---EF87  (this account ID has two null segments)

We I did data load from ARM (Data is File based in FDMEE), account ID1 has no problem. Account ID 2 got "Invalid Mappings" message: "The following account IDs are mapped to profiles that do not exist or they are summary profiles in Account Reconciliation Manager. Add the Profiles or correct the mapping rules."

THe two account IDs are not summary profile, they are both created in ARM. Does that mean the account ID can NOT have any null segments? what is my issue here?
