Can I turn off NLS languages once they have become enabled

I'd like to limit the languages that are available to users from the logon page or prefences. We have 3 installed right now, but I don't want one available becuase we can't support that language at this time.

I'm also curious if I can have a language not available in the forms but available for iStore.
