Vertex Q Series 4.0

We currently use Vertex PTQ release 3.2.1 and now there is release 4.0 available.  Before installing this new release I wanted to make sure it would not require us to upgrade to JDE World V9.3, (we currently are using v9.2.1).  I am assuming by installing the Series 4.0 we would be okay staying with JDE v9.2.1?
