Media Object Upload from Local PC

I would like to get some directions to build an application which will be used to upload the MO files to a server network location from local PCs. I have explored the standard MO options and found that the closet functionality we can use the file upload functionality. But it displays the MO Queue information which we do not want to display. I would appreciate if you please send me a sample application which can be followed to build this application.
