Purchase Requisition line edit by approver, changes creation date.

We are on R12.1.3

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a Purchase Requisition in iProcurement.

2. Send it for approval

3. Login in as a approver and modify quantity or any other attribute and resubmit the requisition for further approval.

4. Once approver make any changes to the requisition, and clicks on 'Submit' button it updates the creation date for the requisition. (It should only update Last Update Date and not the Creation Date)

Has anyone faced this kind of issue?
