Where does Auto config get the node_name in the FND_Nodes Table?

We migrated from Solaris to Linux in early May. Now we can't get the concurrent manager to come up after we clone from PRD. I could get the concurrent manager to come up when I cloned from our DEV instance to our USR instance but not when I clone from PRD. When we migrated all of the other instances, the Node_name in the FND_NODES table was capitalized. When we migrated PRD, the db node was lower case. That seems to be the only difference that I can find.

We are on 12.1.3. We have nodes PRDDB1 (DB), PRDAS1 (concmanger) and PRDFE1 (Web and forms server).

Howdy, Stranger!
