View Action History Does Not Show Transfer of Ownership for Delegate Approvers

Hi all,

We are facing the subject issue which is exactly defined in note (Doc ID 183062.1). And as per readme of patch mentioned in said note; the successful patching implies the file version patch/115/sql/POXWPA7B.pls 120.9.12010000.25. In our system the file version is $Header POXWPA7B.pls 120.9.12010000.31 2012/07/04 10:58:02 yuandli ship $.


Please guide how to rectify the subject issue.
