How to generate Account number from segment: Cost center from Employee in to requisitions

Hi.

Some people please help me

How to generate account number Segment: Cos Center from employee setup.

Please see step:

1.  Employee:  MR. A >  Setup Accounting Information (Default Expense Account) Segment: Cost center = 99999

2.  Item Master : Item A > Setup Expense Account. Segment Cost center = 00000

3.  I create requisition: Select Item A. System generate account Segment: Cost center= 00000


I need to help. System can generate account Segment: Cost center = 99999?
I create requisition must be use Item always.

Help me please
