R12.1.3 : Patch Analysis for Patch 12.1.3.DELTA.6:PN (17393402)

Hello,

We have to apply Patch 12.1.3.DELTA.6:PN (17393402), in the patch descritpion it says Replacement Options for this patch is Oracle Projects Family R12.PJ_PF.B.delta.6. But i believe PN belongs to  Financial Management(Assets & Real Estate)  Family

i would like to know if PN belongs to FIN Family than why the replacment option is Project Family

secondly
is there any risk if we only apply the patchset instead of Family Pack.
