Commone problems in Deopot repair warrenty creation.
We normally face below issues
1. When we manually expire any instance , we not able to create a new one with same model and serial number ?
How to do that..[If we try it gieves error unique violation)
2.Sometimes user missed to attatch the warrenty item in BOM. After sales invoice when user noticed no warrenty record.
he informed the eng guy. and he update BOM with warrenty item.
In this case installbase reccord present but warrenty record not, How to create only warrenty record in such case..
3. How to change ownership of item, from one customer to another..
