Startup of DB is giving error ORA-27048: skgfifi: file header information is invalid

My Database is 11g 11.2.0.2. The restart of the database is failing with error

ALTER DATABASE OPEN

Errors in file /u03/CLP5/db/tech_st/11.2.0/admin/CLP5_rpdhodev/diag/rdbms/clp5/CLP5/trace/CLP5_dbw0_22909.trc:

ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 352 - see DBWR trace file

ORA-01110: data file 352: '/u03/CLP5/db/apps_st/data/system09.dbf'

ORA-27048: skgfifi: file header information is invalid
