Add on web server question

Hi Everyone,

During tools upgrade we added a new web server to our system.

Tools upgrade is complete and everything is working fine.

I have 2 doubts

1) Do we have to add the entry of new web server in P9654A?

2) We use load balancer as well and the link has also changed during the tools upgrade. If i check current settings in P9654A it has one of JAS entries with old load balancer link with primary html server=1 flag.i have entries for my old web servers as well with primary html server flag=0.As of now nothing related to new web serves and load balancer link. How do these settings actually affect?
