Patch Wizard error : access denied
Hi,
Customer is planning an upgrade towards R12.1.3+ and development instance has been patched completely for this purpose.
Patches p18763841_R12.IEX.B_R12_nl.zip, p18763841_R12.IEXB_R12_GENERIC.zip has been applied earlier on the same R12.1.3+ instance and tested successfully.
For those password protected patches we submitted a Service Request SR 3-6757020237 : "APP-IEX-240445" error while searching using "Transaction Number" when customer is "Person".
SR has been re-opened.
At this moment we are re-building the instance and all patches go through the Patch Wizard Utility.
Patches p18763841_R12.IEX.B_R12_nl.zip and p18763841_R12.IEXB_R12_GENERIC.zip show an error "access denied".
