.tracesql generated after SULA fix and Bundle33

We have recently applied CS Bundle 33 and the SULA Fix (upd909825, upd905422 and upd909213).   We are now getting .tracesql files in our appserver Log directory.  It seems to be pretty selective, but haven't been able to narrow down which component is creating them.    I was wondering if anyone found something delivered in these patches that might have triggered them?
