PO /Requisition account generator Mandatory

Hi Folks,

We have a scenario of PR to Projects only for services.

The client is already using PO Requisition account generator for Budget funds check process which is customised.

Here my query is can we use the same account in Auto Accounting which they are already using while raising the PR for services.Will this have any impact on GL or Projects.

Else do we have to define one more natural account for services and define in Auto Accounting and customise the account generator to pick the account based on the PR- service line.
