SCAN listener and SDP listener use with EBS 12.2.3

Hope someone can help with this one:

Customer has Database 11.2.0.4 2 node RAC on Exadata X4

EBS 12.2.3 2 node on Exalogic

Trying to setup SDP listener between exalogic and exadata.

How do I configure this?

I followed note ID Setup Listener on Infiniband Network using both SDP and TCP Protocol (Doc ID 1580584.1)

What is Oracle Recommendation for listener configuration setup with EBS 12.2.3 specific?

Can I use both SCAN listener and SDP listener with EBS?

Can you provide me some note IDs on this?
