R12.2.3 : adop phase=apply failing AutoPatch - aidafoGetFileDbVersion: INFO: ORA-01403: no data

Hi,

We recently upgraded our 11i test environment to R12.2.3.    After cutover,  we are trying to apply patches on Patch filesystem.   However,  adop phase=apply is failing with following error
