Is Patch 13767336 Applicable for R12.1.2 or not? Please suggest As per Doc ID 1459821.1

Hello Support,

While Querying Blanket Purchase Order In PO (Localized) Form Lines Are Not Visible.

Per document (Multiple Issues In Blanket purchase Agreement India Localization (Doc ID 1459821.1)) we should apply patch 13767336.

But as per the Patch Readme minimum pre-requisite is R12.1.3

Please confirm us, either this patch is applicable to R12.1.2 or not?

If this patch is not applicable please suggest the suitable Patch.
