Patch 18964693:R12.ATG_PF.B fails with ORA-14061: data type or length

Hi All

We are trying to apply a patch for "Patch 18964693:R12.ATG_PF.B:" for enabling mobile apps as per note: 1642431.1, one of the worker is failing with the following error message,
ALTER TABLE APPLSYS.WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES MODIFY ( NAME VARCHAR2(35) )

ORA-14061: data type or length of an index partitioning column may not be changed.
